We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time.  We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however Air Aesthetics + Wellness reserve the right to apply the following policies;

ACCEPTANCE

By booking an appointment with Air Aesthetics + Wellness you agree to accept the following policy conditions. 

BOOKING FEE

On booking an appointment a deposit of 25% of the treatment or service cost is required. 

This deposit will be deducted from the cost of the treatment or service once carried out.

 If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment time the deposit will be returned in full. 

Failure to notify us before 24 hours before your appointment time and the deposit is non refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or rescheduled appointments must be done more than 24 hours prior to your appointment to have your 25% deposit refunded in full. 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Arrival more than a few minutes late for your appointment means we cant spend the time we need to give you a proper service or allow for adequate time to clean and prepare for the following treatment.

If you arrive late for your appointment our therapists reserve the right to decide whether your appointment can go ahead.  ( This depends on many factors such as, ability to run past allotted time, if the treatment can be shortened, the type of service or treatment, or a similar treatment suited to fit the time thats left )

If your appointment cant go ahead due to time restraints and an alternative treatment is agreed, the deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

If no alternative can be agreed the deposit will be non refundable.

NO SHOW

If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to contact us your deposit is non refundable.

If you have not paid a deposit and are a no show, the next appointment you come for we will ask to take payment of 25% of the service or treatment you did not show up for.

No shows will be required to pay up front in full for any treatment or service you would like to book in the future.

Failure to notify for cancellation or rescheduling before 24 hours of your appointment time then the entire cost of the treatment will not be refunded.

Reminders

We send reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment and ask if you confirm the appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment when you receive your confirmation message via text or email.

APPOINTMENT REFUSAL POLICY:

Air Aesthetics + Wellness reserve the right to refuse service because of any concerns such as lice, skin infections, open wounds, continuous cough, fever, etc (this list is not exhaustive)

If you are showing any symptoms of COVID and cannot provide proof of a negative lateral flow test within 24 hours Air Aesthetics + Wellness reserve the right to refuse any service or treatment.
